alison spain-ee.

so pretty much every little girl has a best friend growing up right?
that one friend they always do stuff with.
you literally do everything together?
i didn't.
i had a ton of "best friends"
but i never really had one friend i did everything with.
well, times have changed.
i mean,
the jonas brothers broke up and
miley cyrus isnt the sweet little hannah montana girl any more.
i mean, we even have the first african-american president!
oh... one more thing:
i officially have a best friend.

let me introduce you to miss Alison Spani.
{its pronounced "spain-ee" not "span-ee")
she's 18.
she has red hair, but doesn't like to admit it.
she and her sister kayla look alike, but again, she doesn't agree.
she is a basketball fanatic.
when she laughs really hard, she starts breathing really fast and its hilarious.
she has an obsession with si casa flores.
and i like her a lot.

there are many  reasons we get along so well.
one being our shared love for diet coke.
**gasp**
"did she just say DIET soda?"
yep, we drink diet soda.
contrary to popular belief, we will not die from it.
don't tell us we are stupid for drinking diet coke,
because we will formulate a come-back.

we find new music,
play it over and over again until we wear it out,
then we repeat the process.

we like planning out our futures.
yes, we are those annoying girls that talk about our weddings,
what colors we want,
what type of bridesmaid dresses we want,
and just about every other detail you can think of.
no judging.

we like going into baby gap together
and looking at all the cute baby clothes.
we like talking about our futures.
where we will live,
and what our houses will look like,
and what our kids will be like,
and all that fun stuff.
again, dont judge.

we are your typical white girls.
we like starbucks.
we like shopping.
we take selfies.
we like uggs.
{they are just so comfy}
we visit forever 21 as often as we can,
and we like doing stupid/awesome/cheesy holiday traditions,
like going to the pumpkin patch, baking cookies,
and making diy fourth of july t-shirts off of pinterest.
{which did turn out, surprisingly}

i laugh at her when her introvert characteristics shine through.
she laughs at me when i cry over silly things.
we laugh a lot, and i love it.

i can talk to her about anything,
and i know that if i ever need prayer,
she is ready and willing to pray for me.
i know she is always there for me if i need her,
and she knows i am always there for her if she needs me.
having a best friend is really awesome,
and i wouldn't trade her for the world.

love you, spanks!

on a side note, i got my background check done for my first job today.
i mean, its only for black friday, but nonetheless,
i'm a big kid now.
and the job is with my boyfriend,
i mean, it doesn't get much better than that.

on another side note, i'm ecstatic because its christmas time.
i keep seeing christmas decorations,
i even bought my first christmas present of the season yesterday!
it makes my heart smile.
okay.. im done with side notes.

happy blogging. xo.
